- Prices are quoted in Australian dollars.
- Avantha accept PayPall, Visa & MasterCard only as a way of payment.
- The sale will be confirmed and processed only after Avantha
- Checked stock availability, and
- For credit cards users, Avantha received credit authorization
- If the size of the shoes you selected are out of stock or there is a payment problem we will contact you by email.
Delivery Policy
- Free shipping within Australia for orders over $150
- Delivery is by standard courier during normal business hours, Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays)
- Avantha endeavours to dispatch all orders received and paid before 1pm AEST on the same day. Orders received after 1pm AEST will be dispatched the next business day.
- Delivery may take up to 7 days during peak periods.
- Delivery address won’t be redirect or change once goods left Avantha’s premises.
- Delivery for Exchange will be charge AU$20 per pair to resend.
- There are times when the size you request is out of stock, and delivery will be within 30 days, we apologies for the inconvenient
Exchange and Refund Policy
- Within 14 days of receiving the shoes and before proceeding the return you let Avantha know about your decision to Exchange or Refund at

- Shoes are in ‘as new condition’, not worn, not damaged, tampered, poke or fiddle it in any way.
- the product is sent to us with the original purchase order and receipt/invoice
- Shoes bought online are entitled to refund or exchange, Avantha is not responsable for return postage cost.
- Shoes you tried are ONLY subject to Exchange
- Pre-Order shoes are ONLY subject to exchange
- With the Exchange shoes Avantha will check availability when your original shoes are already in Avantha’s hand.
- Return postage and safety of the goods are your responsibility until it reaches Avantha.
- Avantha will refund your money within 14 days of proof of receiving your shoes.

- We cannot accept liability for goods that get lost or damaged in transit back to us.
Choosing the right color of your shoes
- Avantha offers more than 250 colours for you to choose from.
- Please be aware that daylight and the brightness of your computer may affect the colours as displayed on your screen.
- Therefore, we encourage you to contact us on 0430532697 and arrange a meeting to choose the perfect colour for you, particularly if you wish for a pair of shoes to be the same colour as your dress or your flowers. This way we can ensure that you have the perfect colour and shoes to match.
- Our hand colouring service takes 10+ working days from receipt of order at Avantha shoes and accessories with a total of 30+ days including shipping.
- Unless shoes, handbags and shoe clips are faulty, dyed orders cannot be returned due to the bespoke nature of the service.
- All shoes, handbags and shoe clips are sold separately.
- Avantha takes no responsibility or liability for incorrect colour selections.
